Kai Hoffmann catches up with Gerald Panneton, President & CEO of Gold Terra, to discuss the company's latest drilling results from the northern extension of the Campbell Shear near the historic Con Mine in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. Recent drilling returned 6.6 g/t gold over approximately 7.3 metres between previously identified mineralized blocks, providing additional evidence of gold mineralization within the 103 North Zone. Gerald explains how these results support the company's geological interpretation and highlight opportunities to expand the existing inferred gold resource of approximately 600,000 ounces, which was established largely through historical underground drilling. The conversation also covers Gold Terra's ongoing exploration program along the Campbell Shear, its recently completed drilling at Yellorex, and the progress of its tailings evaluation program, which includes approximately 240 drill holes. With additional drill results expected over the coming months, Gold Terra is targeting a mineral resource update and Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) in Q1 2027. Gerald also provides an update on the company's ongoing discussions with Newmont regarding the potential acquisition of the Con Mine assets, along with its exploration funding and plans for additional drilling in 2027.
